Messaging (or SMS) Terms & Conditions

You agree to receive informational and conversational messages (appointment reminders, case notifications, updates, etc.) from Drs Musco, Inc DBA FOCUSEDMD. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt-out at any time by replying “STOP.”  Carriers are not responsible for message delivery.

SMS opt-in consent and phone numbers for the purpose of SMS are not being shared with any third parties under any circumstances.
