Inspired at an early age by stories of medicine in America during a slower and simpler time when the relationship between a Provider and patient was much more personal, connected and focused.

Tim Sayles, PA-C

Family Medicine | Pediatrics | Men's Health

Tim considers it a privilege and passion to be a healthcare provider. He appreciates the incredible impact health plays in the human experience. A philosophy of compassion, respect, and patient partnership are paramount to his delivery of high quality care. With confidence and commitment, his goal is always to listen first and address the entire patient: physical, mental, and emotional.

Tim completed his undergraduate and Physician Assistant degrees from Texas Tech University in his home state. He has worked in Rural Family Medicine as well as Hospital Medicine prior to joining Drs. Musco in 2014. He is married with two beautiful kids and lives in Pleasanton. He enjoys sports, travel, wine tasting, and down time with family.

Dolores Musco, MD

Family Medicine | Pediatrics | Women's Health

By fostering trust and understanding in her relationships with patients, Dolores seeks to form lasting partnerships that lead to lifestyle changes and improved overall health. Nurturing and knowledgeable, she approaches medicine with a holistic mindset and is especially interested in adolescent medicine, women’s health and geriatric medicine.

After graduating from the University of Illinois with a bachelor’s of science in biology, Dolores went on to earn a Master’s Degree at Northwestern in Biotechnology and Immunology.  Finally, Dolores earned her MD from The Chicago Medical School and completed her residency in family medicine at the UCLA School of Medicine affiliated program at Ventura County Medical Center. She is certified through the American Board of Family Medicine.

When not at the practice helping patients, Dolores is a busy mother of two boys and a passionate cyclist and dog walker!

Mark Musco, MD

Family Medicine | Pediatrics | Men's Health

Mark was drawn to family medicine for the relationship and connection with his patients. The passion he has for listening to and advocating for his patients is what drives his love of medicine.  Mark is the co-founder of Diablo Family Physicians with his wife Dolores,  with their mission being to treat patients like family and provide the best care possible for the community.  

​

Mark earned his MD from The Chicago Medical School (where he and Dolores met!) and completed his residency in family medicine at the UCLA School of Medicine affiliated program at Ventura County Medical Center.  He is certified through the American Board of Family Medicine. 

​

When not caring for patients at the practice Mark can be found hanging out with his two boys and Dolores.  If not with them he will be on Mount Diablo on his Mountain Bike!
